Information we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide at sign-up, the courses you enrol in, your lesson progress, and payment references returned by our payment processor. We do not receive or store card details.
How we use it
Your data is used to give you access to purchased programmes, track progress, issue certificates, send receipts and service notifications, and improve our course content in aggregate.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our payment processor and email provider. We do not sell learner data or share it with advertisers. Corporate sponsors of a cohort receive completion status only for learners they fund.
Retention and your rights
Account and certificate records are retained while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by writing to training@ctis.africa.
