Refund policy

14-day window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 25% of the programme's lessons.
After the window
Beyond 14 days, or past 25% completion, fees are non-refundable. We will instead transfer your enrolment to another programme of equal value once per purchase where a genuine mismatch exists.
How to request
Email training@ctis.africa from your account address with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days.
Corporate purchases
Cohort and invoice-based corporate enrolments are governed by the terms in the signed training agreement, which take precedence over this page.
